If you are one of those people who are constantly bullied in the workplace, you have to learn how to stop the bullying once and for all. On the other hand, if you happen to be on the other side of the equation and you have been torturing some helpless coworker, you need to learn how to stop bullying your colleagues before you cause some permanent damage. Always remember that bullying could have plenty of negative effects on everyone - including you.

Now, you may not really like some of their comments but you need to listen to what they have to say and learn from your mistakes. Take note of all they have to say about your attitude and then ponder upon these things.
